That’s pretty odd, what version are you running?

If you are using Pods 2.0.x, then you should see an Upgrade notice in your WordPress dashboard, which directs you to run the upgrade wizard to complete the upgrade process. Pods does not simply delete your data, everything is intact and will become available after you’ve run the upgrade script.

same happened to me. i had version 1.14.4 and installed 2.1.
all the db tables are still there but update wizard was not displayed.
    and i have wp3.5

2.1 currently has a glitch that is keeping it from running the migration. This is a high priority fix for 2.1.1.

As a work-around: you can uninstall 2.0, download and activate 2.0.5 via the Developers tab on the plugin page to run the upgrade wizard. Then you can update to 2.1 via the plugins admin menu.

    Thanks, it worked!
