Updating an old version
-
Hi
I am posting this question here because I was not able to log in on your website. Some years ago I bought a license for a client to use it for his project, but for some reason my account login to your website does not work anymore.
Here is my question…
The license was bought in 2019. The version of “WP Customer Area” currently installed on the clients project is version 7.8.6. The license ran out and the client did not renew it.
In addition he has installed and activated:
WPCA – Authentication Forms
WPCA – Conversations
WPCA – Enhanced Files
WPCA – Front-office publishing
WPCA – InvoicingThe following extensions are present but not active:
WPCA – Projects
WPCA – Tasks
WPCA – Terms Of Service—
When I tried to update “WP Customer Area” it broke the website and I had to restore a backup of the website.
I would like to know is it possible to update “WP Customer Area” to the latest version and run it with the extensions which were bought in past years? I am asking because I thought maybe your policy has changed.
Sincerely,
Gevorg
