Updating config across servers

We have a multiple server production environment. We would like all W3 Total Cache settings to sync across each server. We tried syncing the w3tc-config folder, but it seems the settings only take effect on servers we log into the admin on. Is there a way to automate things so that after the w3tc-config files are synced their settings take effect immediately?
