    Yes there is a way, but not one that works out of the box. You will definitely need to dig into the code and use the hooks that we have provided for the stock status changes. Next to that, you will need to find a way to ‘link’ both products together.

    Long story short, it is easier to solve the problem that requires you to have duplicate products now (I guess, since that seems to be doing it wrong). What is that about?

    Thanks for the reply. Ah I worried there might not be. To be honest duplicating the products was a last resort. Basically I wanted a number of existing products to appear with add to cart and quantity selectors on another products single product page (The company sells towels and there’s a chance that while looking at one product in a brand that customers could be tempted to buy another). Related products is not in the style that we require and as grouped products doesnt allow me to do this as I can only link one product to one other I though that if I did a mass duplication I could link each version of the product (the duplicates) to one other product and get the look that I wanted while also keeping my stock in check.
