Updating Episode Titles and Explicit Episode

    Hey Team,

    two questions.

    I am still using episode numbers. Now I updated one of my episode titles as a trial run to see if it would update the episode title in apple. Its been several months but apple never updated the title. How do I change episode titles of episodes that are already live and have the podcast directories notice this change?

    Also, is there a way to mark single episodes as explicit? My newest episode contains some explicit words, but the previous ones dont. Is there a way to rate single episodes as E?

    Please respond with a link to your podcast feed URL as well as the title of the episode title you tried to update so we can take a closer look at what’s going on.

    You can set Episode-level Explicit tags by following these steps:
    1.) Log in to your WordPress site
    2.) Go to PowerPress >> Settings, Advanced Mode >> Episodes tab
    3.) Check the box next to iTunes Explicit Field and click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page
    4.) Now, in your Podcast Episode boxes, you’ll see an iTunes Explicit dropdown menu where you can se=t Episode-level Explicit tags

    In your original post, you stated “I updated one of my episode titles as a trial run to see if it would update the episode title in apple.” Which episode? Also, what are you trying to achieve? Are you trying to have a different title appear in Apple Podcasts than everywhere else?
