Updating Failed on Any Page I Edit

    Every time update an edit on a page, or even update without editing, it shows a red banner at the top saying, “Updating failed”. I cleared my cache, but still doesn’t work. Anyone know what the problem could be?

    Have you chnaged anything at the site before this issue happened?

    No. I was working on it last evening, but now came back to it today and it just started doing it.

    First off, to rule out any plugin/theme conflict try to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Okay, thank you. Turns out it was a plugin I just activated.
