updating failed. you are probably offline.

  • hello,
    when i try to make new post or edit current one i get this error ” updating failed. you are probably offline. ” i am facing this error like 80% of trying , sometime everything works fine but more than 80% this happen.

    also i disabled all the plugins and still have this problem.

    Hey there!

    Where does that happen the most? Have you tried from a different network? Mobile hotpost?

    I’m guessing it happens across all browsers as well?

    it’s happen a lot.
    i just moved the site to other host and still have same problem!
    there is no plugin active and site health is good, nothing critical,
    also i did try with 3 different browsers, and from other pc. everything work good by luck chance.
    it is very weird problem.

    i think this problem related to WP Rocket plugin .htaccess
    i noticed that even if i disabled it, the code still in the htaccess, so when i removed it everything worked just fine!
    here is a screenshot for the code

    the problem showed up again when i activate the plugin.
    is there anything wrong with that code?
    or this problem not from WP Rocket plugin ?

    You might want to reach out to the folks over at WP Rocket then. I’ve only used that once, I think. That was a pretty long time ago though.
