Updating from old version

    Hello,

    I’m using WordPress 5.5.15 and Customer Review 4.38.

    The plugin is working great, but it’s quite old. So before I hit the button “upgrade”, can you clarify me a few points?
    1. Will I lose any functionality of the plugin if I upgrade?
    2. Can I upgrade the plugin and keep WP with the present version?

    Thanks for using our plugin for such a long time!

    1. Do you mean “upgrade” or “update”? 4.38 is a very old version. There have been some breaking changes since then. It is recommended to test the new version on a staging site before installing it on the live website.
    2. Yes, the plugin should work with that version of WordPress. However, it is also recommended to test the new version of the plugin on a staging site with that old WordPress version before installing it on the live website.
