Updating Internl links in articles

Hi,

I have a new question.

After we change the permalinks via this plugin, is there a way it auto-updates the internal links used in the article body as well?

I understand one way would be to use the Find and Replace option for the database but it will take time to run especially if you have 500 urls.

But is there a way we can auto-update URLs ie. internal links in the article body text as well?
