updating issue

I am trying to update RegistrationMagic on a clients site from 4.6.3.8 to 5.1.5.0, and I cannot figure out how. I see it telling me to but there is no update button and it keeps saying it is scheduled to update in a few hours and never goes through. I assume it is a expired license but I can’t find where to update the API key (if thats how to update the licence). The client tells me it is up to date but not sure how to check on that. Any advice would be great!
