• Hello! I’m new on WP and I’m designing my first website. Last days I got a problem with my updates. Here is the symptoms.

When I customize my main page and stuff around it with WordPress Editor, Its confusing and stucking in an older version. Often a warning appers at the top and It says there is an newer version which autosaved but when I click Its not fixing the problem.
Another symptom is at least three times a day I cannot access wordpress panel at all. Sometimes It takes one hour to come back.

My attempts to solve the problem

    – I tried Hyper Cache plugin deleted the whole cache many times.

    – I didnt installed much plugin yet to my system. Only those plugins are active now.
“Contact Form, AMP, TranslatePress, WPBakery Page Builder, Unyson, Maintanance”

    – I can connect to Cpanel when I cannot access to WP

    – I contact with my hosting several times. They checked everything about them and told me there is nothing wrong on their side.

Now, here is the suggestions of the service agent

He said that a security filter is blocking to my access.
The suspicous file is monitization.php according to him. He suggested that I should uninstall the monitization plugin but thing is I never install it. I guess It came with the theme.

I’m open to any kind of suggestion, please help to fix this problem

    Hello,

I just passed your website through Sucuri’s online malware scanner, and it appears your website has been compromised somehow:

Read this FAQ on how to clean a hacked website:

After you’ve successfully cleaned up the site, follow this guideline to harden your website against any future attacks:

Do you think that is the suspect of the connetcion failure?

I read all of the documents. Depending on Sucuri result I tried to get rid from the script but cannt fix two malware plugins and popular file editing technics.

Is there any known solution for this situation?

Well, you answered that question yourself earlier on when you said your host told you… “a security filter is blocking to my access.” If access is being blocked, then, of course, the connection will fail.

In any case, if your site is hacked, connection failure should be your least concern. You don’t want to keep running a hacked site under any circumstance, especially when you have control panel access to deal with the issue. Many hosts would even suspend the site immediately they discover it’s been hacked.

In my view, it’s not possible to 100% automate this task of completely cleaning up a hacked website. A case in point: someone recently reached out to me that her site was continually getting hacked, even though she had cleaned it up every time. A quick look at the users table in the database showed there were three administrator accounts that were not visible in the dashboard, and she had no idea how those accounts got created. That was the hackers’ backdoor to her site!

If you have a pristine backup of your website taken before all this happened, your best bet would be to delete everything and restore the backup.

If you don’t have a backup… and if this site is critically important to you, and if you don’t have the technical skills to do this yourself, I’ll recommend you hire a professional to do it for you. Sucuri does a great job, but you can also hire anyone you want at https://jobs.wordpress.net/

    Good luck, and stay blessed!
