updating just the .mo file?

    Sometimes, I make a quick edit directly in the .po file bypassing the plugin.
    How do I force the update of the .mo file from the plugin?

    The only solution so far is by making another change just to have the Save button activated.

    Any simpler solution? Maybe have a special button just for that?

    There no way via the UI other than the way you’ve found.

    You can always use the command line msgfmt program, but this is probably more work than forcing a change via the UI.
