We have setup a Membership Account page, containing the following:

    [ultimatemember form_id=”2674″]

This loads the user profile on the page correctly, but when trying to make any changes to the Member profile data and then clicking “Save” the profile data doesn’t save, with no errors showing. It just refreshes the page. Any ideas please?

    1. Try to disable any WP plugin or CDN/Web Hosting server caching for the UM pages. Maybe your CDN or Web Hosting is using server side caching?
Clear your web browser local cache.

    2. Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors.
Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.

    3. Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test if your Theme
or another Plugin (after an update) is causing a conflict with UM.

Thanks for the reply, I have disabled all caching. There are no Javascript errors in Console.

I have disabled all plugins one by one and it’s still not saving the form. I have changed the theme and it’s still not saving the form.

How many fields do you have at your Profile page?

Try to recreate the Profile page with another form-id for the shortcode
add only one field at a time until you have all the fields ready
and test saving for each additional field.
