Yes, that is the plugin I am talking about.

I am using tortoiseSVN. I thought I uploaded the update. Is the update instant or is there a “review” process? I uploaded the plugin when I created it, then the update I tried to upload is the first update of the plugin

If it’s uploaded properly via SVN it should appear at https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/log/hello-spock/

Perhaps double-check your settings/log? (I’m not familiar with tortoiseSVN myself.)
