Updating MySQL to 4.1.2 or higher.

  • I’m getting this error on my site when I try and update. How can I update my MySQL database while retaining my data?

    The update cannot be installed because WordPress 2.9.1 requires MySQL version 4.1.2 or higher. You are running version 4.0.27.
