    We are using the PRO plugin. I know how to change the individual hourly pay rates. How does this work? F’rinstance, if an employee was making, say, $25.00 per hour and they get a pay raise – if I enter the new rate in their rate box – $26.00 per hour – does it change the calculations in any of the (past) pay periods that have already closed?

    Hello and thank you for this question.

    A new pay rate will affect any period that is not approved. If you’re entering a new pay rate effective for the current pay period, make sure previous pay periods for the user are approved before entering the new rate.
