• When I updated the plugin to 0.58, my site stopped working. Anytime I try to access any page of my WordPress site, I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /homepages/8/d336197400/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/codeguard/libs/main.php on line 316

Currently looking into ways to be able to login and disable this plugin.

    Hi bstr,

There were no functional changes in the most recent update for the plugin — we just updated the compatibility notes in the plugin description.

In any case, I think the first thing to do is to try manually disabling the plugin so you can access your website again. These instructions describe how to manually disable a plugin over FTP, when you don’t have access to your admin page.

We have a team of engineers based in Atlanta, GA USA, who are always happy to help. The quickest way to reach us is by phone (866-604-6431). You can also email us at [email protected].
