I’m sorry this is just a technical error. You do get six months of updates with your purchase of Author Pro.

Sometimes there is a conflict with another plugin or with the hosting configuration that prevents an update.

Could you temporarily deactivate all other plugins on your site, and then try updating one more time?

You can bulk deactivate them using the top checkbox and bulk action dropdown menu in the Plugins page. Deactivating your plugins in this way won’t have any impact on their settings.

If this doesn’t work, please message me at [email protected], and I will help you with a manual update.

That seems to have done the trick! I had to Deactivate Author Pro as well – leaving it active still gave me an error. But it’s all sorted out now, so thanks!

Great, glad that worked. Sorry again for the error.
