    Hi all,

Some plugins are due for updating and aren’t being updated automatically. When I try to update them manually, the page jumps into maintenence mode (and has a small -1 below)

When accessing my website it gets an error 500 message for about 10 minutes after jumping back to working again.

I also can’t even update the translations. I get the same -1 message in wordpress. Although the site does keep working and does not get that error 500 message. But the translations aren’t being updated as well.

I have tried to increase the memory limit by adjusting my php.ini file and my wp-config-php file. Without any luck.

So yeah, what to do now? Re-installing version 6.1.1. first? Maybe something else? I’m a bit scared to do anything right now.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Do you have the “Starter Template” plugin installed? If so, disable it, then retry updating.

That worked perfetly thanks! Didn’t know which one caused the issue.

But before I close this issue, should I keep this deactivated or delete it completely? Do I need it for Elementor or Royal Elementor addons?

I don’t use Elementor so I can’t comment on that. But one caching plugin will suffice.

    Hey!

You just need to update the plugin manually to the latest version, then it will solve the update problems and you can keep using it ??

    Hi!

Well, the issue was that manually updating the plugins didn’t work at all. It gave the same issue. Disabling the “Starter Template” plugin did work. I have deleted the plugin since I don’t really need it anymore so my issue is solved (for the moment).

    Thanks!
