Updating RSS feed author output to = guest author?

I just noticed that when using a guest author for a post, the output for the RSS feed is still the post creator (i.e., the logged-in admin who created the post and set the guest author). Would it be possible in an update to override what gets put in the <dc:creator>[...]</dc:creator> tag in the RSS content and have it equal the guest author’s name?

I ask because we use RSS to generate content for a public-area TV screen, and it’s a little awkward to see posts listed as “By: Admin”.
