I would like to change the title in the database. I mean, physically, a kind of set_title which does not exist unfortunately.

What exactly is it that you are trying to do?

I am trying to change the value of a title when certain treatments are done.
I am looking for a kind of update_post_meta(), not for custom fields but for the title.
