    That message appears generally due to file ownership or permissions on your WordPress site. This happens sometimes on sites that are not hosted on a suPHP server. Did you try putting in your information to connect, and if so did it give you an error message still?

    this problem is still.

    Figure out your FTP information. If you don’t know your server and login information ask the person that setup WordPress for you for they most likely did it using FTP.

    If you login to your hosting’s control panel (often cpanel or plesk) you can setup a new FTP account.
