Updating to 1.0.6 problems

Hi,

we have experienced a number of problems when updating from version 1.0.5 to 1.0.6 where website content disappears. We just use the basic theme, no changes to theme files.

Problems when updating to 1.0.6 are:
– logo disappears
– top toolbar social links and donate button disappears
– slides on home page disappear
– widgets rearrange themselves to a different layout
– contact form disappears even when the page template is set to Contact page.

I take backups so have reverted back to the previous version 1.0.5

For most of the problems with version 1.0.6, I can add the information back in through the Customizer. However, the contact form appears to be totally missing.

Have you decided to remove the contact form in version 1.0.6?
Or can you advise how to reset it so it shows on the contact page?
