Unfortunately i can’t reproduce this error. Do you have access to your server logs? Maybe you can check if there are any (fatal) errors in the logs. Please let us know if you find any so we can fix this issue.

I don’t get any errors in the log files unfortunately. But the issue remains, also after an update to WooCommerce 2.3.3 and theme update.

Have you tried different browsers? I guess you’re using Google Chrome, do you get the same error in Safari or Firefox?

I have the same problem (tried to instal the plugin for the first time yesterday and when failled retried it for a couple of times and on different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) .. Hopefully you’re able to find the problem cause i’m looking forward in using the plugin

We’ve just launched Pronamic iDEAL v3.4.1 which should fix the issue.

Please let us know if the updated version solves your issue.

Hi Reüel, i’ve just installed the 3.4.1 update, but it still breaks the website.
Also tried it through different browsers, like Chrome and Safari.

I got the following error, ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

When deleting the plugin through FTP, because i can’t reach the WP Admin anymore after the installation, the website is fine again.

Hi Reüel, i don’t know how it’s possible.
But the plugin works again, i think it had to do with my cache settings.

    What did i do? :

    1. Reinstalled the plugin
    2. Emptied the website cache
    3. Activated Pronamic plugin
    4. And it works again!

Thanks for the support guys, and Apconius2 try this and see if it works for you.

Thanks for the update, Moto_. We’re glad v3.4.1 solved the issue! I was just going to ask if there’s any caching involved, as the issue seemed to happen only on hosts where that was the case.

    You’re welcome Reüel!
Me too, it was the last thing that came to my mind to test, and like always the last thing you try solves the problem!

I already thought it was an host issue, or else you’ve had got a lot more of support threads on here.
So people, check your cache settings!

    Thanks again Reüel!
