    Hi, updating to the latest version of this plugin breaks all my old posts that has a column block with 3 columns, aligned wide. It’s a live site so I had to revert back and don’t have time to test it again now but I still wanted to give a heads-up. This is while using the latest (5.0.3) version of wordpress with and without Gutenberg 4.8 activated.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for reporting.
    Can you give me more detail what is broken? The table block return an error or the table is not aligned wide now?

    Thanks.

    The column block returns an error “This block contains unexpected or invalid content”. If you choose resolve it just creates a html block with this:

    <div class=”wp-block-columns alignfull has-3-columns” id=”columns-398871c8-fd81-4fbd-bcf4-4815126d1734″>

    </div>

    This happens to all column blocks in existing posts. Creating and saving new posts with the column block works fine. But since I already have 100s of post where all content lies inside columns this is a pretty big issue.

    I reverted back to 1.8.1 which works fine. So it’s something that happened with 1.9

    OK we’ll check that see and we can provide something.

    Hi,

    Can you update to the 1.9.1 version and let me know if it there’s changes related to your issue?

    Thanks.

    Yeah the new version works. I saw the warning about clearing custom styles before your next release. I’ll need to get cracking on that asap hehe.
