Updating to latest version causes entire site to crash

    I have updated Spectra to the latest version, and this breaks my entire WordPress backend:

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    I have also tried to delete Spectra and install it from scratch, but the same issue appears. This is the the error detail in the email WordPress sent after the first update attempt:

    In the meantime, could you please check if the error_log() PHP module is disabled on your site? If it is, we recommend enabling it.

    Thank you very much for the quick reply. I asked my host to enable the error_log module as you suggested, and this indeed seems to have fixed the issue for now. Thanks!
