Updating to Yoast 9.0.3 crashes site and 502 error

Same. Our site goes to a 502 as soon as we upgrade today.

Renaming/disabling the plugin (from FTP) fixes the issue.

I’ve now rolled back to previous version with no problems. Will await new release.

I’m on IIS. Latest PHP.

Ditto, site crashed. Didn’t see a 502. InMotion disabled Yoast from the backend. @onehundred, how did you roll it back?

@citphoto I had a local backup of the plugin, so just replaced it.

Otherwise, you could look at the git for the plugin, and grab it from there: https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo

@onehundred, I have a backup! Just replace the whole folder for the plug-in?

@citphoto , yes, just overwrite the wordpres-seo folder and you’re good to go.

Please provide the answers to the following:

1. Have you performed a conflict check? If not, please do so. Did you discover a conflict?
2. Does the issue occur when using a default theme with only Yoast SEO active?
3. Does the issue occur with the current version of WordPress?
