Updating wordpress stucks in upgrading database

    I’m trying to upgrade wordpress from version 4.3.6 to 4.6.1. The problem is that it get’s stuck in infinite loop when upgrading database.

    I’ve disabled all the plugins and tried again… but it still keeps on spining. Any ideas how to resolve this issue? I can’t find the cause of this error anywhere on the internet :/
