updating wordpress to latest version having some issue

Having updated to latest version of WordPress i.e 5.4 I am not able to see the latest post between Nov 2019 to now.
I have already taken the backup of the database and site before updating ..
how can I revert back to the old version of WordPress?

While I will provide you with a way to roll back your site to a previous version (because it is your site and therefore your responsibility / headache), I do urge you to try and find the root cause of your issue.
