• Just tonight, I tried to upgrade the free WP EasyCart plugin on my site, atlanticliners.com. It seemed to be taking a long, long time. Eventually, I tried to refresh the page. Now I get a HTTP ERROR 500 message when I try to get back in to my dashboard via wp-admin. I can no longer do anything with my site; I’ve tried hard refreshes, and I’ve even tried logging in via another browser. Nothing helps. Suggestions, please? Thanks in advance!

    Best,
    Kent

We don’t normally look here for support, you might jump to https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account and we have support docs, forums, videos, etc… but to your point, we can certainly look into things with a support ticket over there.

Only thing I can think of here is to FTP to your site and open your /wp-content/plugins/ and you can deactivate plugins by changing their main PHP file extention from .php to .xyz and it will deactivate the plugin manually.

That should get you started back up.
