In the text editor where the listing details are typed out, the shortcode for Ninja Forms is inserted below the text as [ninja_form id=1] in the text editor. It works perfectly with the previous version of WPCasa.

I assume that you use the WPCasa template to display the single page.

For security reasons we have to filter the output of the description for illegal html tags (this was a requirement from WordPress to make the plugin available in the directory again). So, it was not a feature that it works with the previous version, it is a bug. We have closed this security issue.

Ninja Forms is using its own html tag <nf-section></nf-section>. This is not allowed and will therefore be filtered out. You have two ways to fix this for you.

• Edit the template listing-single-description.php and remove wp_kses(). Please read more about using WPCasa templates here.
• Use the filter wpsight_allowed_html_tags() to add and allow your individual html tags.

I’m sorry, but this isn’t an answer that’s easy to give quickly in a thread. You’ll first need basics like creating and using a child theme. Than you have to figure out which additional html tags are needed to fix this. I’m sorry, but I can’t provide this as part of the support here because of time issues.
