Updating/Displaying Room Vacancies

I am building a site for a community of housing cooperatives, i.e. multiple people renting rooms under one roof (multiple roofs in this case). I want to set it up so that the people in different houses can log into the site and update room availability.

It would be nice if I could display these vacancies on multiple pages, e.g. one page listing all the houses and their vacancies and vacancies listed on house-specific pages.

Can you think of any solutions? I want to make it as simple as possible for inexperienced users to access and edit. I also want to make it easy for people looking for openings to quickly understand what is available.
