  • Hi. I had the same issue yesterday and I discovered that there are a few things that you need to have.

1.) Make sure you have something in the “Data name” field.

2.) Make sure you specify file types.

Once I did that, I was able to upload files without issue. I hope this helps.

Also, in the Data name field, you can’t have symbols such as “:”
    Just enter plain text.

I have found that the uploader doesn’t work on Internet Explorer 9 even with flash and everything up to date. Is anyone else having trouble with that?

Should have mentioned so people can see:

    Hello,
we have the plugin running and everything seems ok but one issue.

When you click on upload the linked part of the button is displaced to right side. Can we center the “hotspot” somehow?

Look at our page to see what I mean:

patrich, I see you are using an older version of this plugin. Please upgrade to new version.

This looks like such a good plugin if only I could get it to work!!!! still i have only been at it for an hour will give it another 30 mins

I still think we should have a level of difficulty on plugins say 1-10 10 like this one you need a degree from MIT or better

well no lets try another i still can’t find where it puts the uploads even followed the advice above and have searched in posts and under admin etc lets try actually making a form with say contact 7 ?

I just was giving it the old last go It doesnt only send the file by email does it? it does upload it to the website right?

Ok what a bizare piece of software Found the files You are never going to believe this
It sends you an email with a link to the file that it has hidden in the uploads folder under contact files

Dont get me wrong I am in awe of the people then spend hours building this stuff but why does it have to be so hard!!!!!!

    Hi,

I am sorry that you face tough time with this plugin. You just need to create a shortcode by placing input fields you required and then paste this shortcode into any page. That’s all. And we also put a video guide how to use this plugin here:
