    Hi,

    I always get one notification on Mondays saying my site is backed up. I backup to Google drive. Tonight I got 20 notifications so far each about 20 minutes apart. I am not sure if action is required on my part-or is something wrong with your notification system. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of some of the latest backup logs?
    These logs can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as pastebin, and post the links here.

    I am checking into this and here is what it says under settings: (You appear to be already authenticated, though you can authenticate again to refresh your access if you’ve had a problem). Not sure where to do that since it has been a while since I set it up.
    It appears to have been working properly for two years or so until about a week ago. I wonder if Google changed something or if one of the Updraft updates has made a difference. hanks for your assistance on this.

    Hi,

    What happens if you authenticate the Google Drive connection again? Do you see any errors?

    The visitor warning occurs when UpdraftPlus is not receiving the resources it needs to trigger resumptions. This guide gives further explanation and offers some possible solutions.

    I can’t remember how to authenticate Google Drive. At the time I remember it was difficult.

    I looked at the guide you posted. I checked and I am getting some traffic. I got 31 notifications tonight so far. I always backup on Mondays. Maybe I should backup less often. I need to try to re-authenticate-as soon as I figure out how. I don;t see a place on the dashboard to put the API keys.

    When I click the link to try to authenticate I get ERROR: 400.
    That’s an error.

    Error: redirect_uri_mismatch

    Hi,

    This error indicates that the Redirect URI that is saved in the Google Project under Credentials does not match that which UpdraftPlus is sending.

    In your Google Project, could you double check that the ‘Authorised redirect URIs’ field (as shown in Step 4 of the configuration guide) exactly matches the URI given in the UpdraftPlus Google Drive Settings?

    OK thanks for your tips. Took me several tries and I had to create a new one. The step 4 of the configuration guide is what allowed me to do that. Then I backed up successfully.
