Updraft fail to complete back up

    I’ve used Updraft successfully for some time but it’s started to take hours complete and on the last 3 attempts it has failed.

    I can see tmp plugins / themes and uploads zip files are available in the Updraft folder but it’s not getting any further.

    In case it’s useful to know…

    WordPress directory size 3.92 GB

    Uploads directory size 218.40 MB

    Themes directory size 29.16 MB

    Plugins directory size 240.83 MB

    Database size 194.08 MB

    Total installation size 4.59 GB

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
