    When I try to make a backup, it gives an error message and stops halfway through. Everything is stored in Dropbox, so I don’t think it has to be a problem with memory?

    Previously it always worked and stored well.

    I don’t have a premium subscription.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    Please could you provide the backup log file? You can find this in the wp-content / updraft folder. Please use pastebin.com to share the information.

    Thank you – please could you remove and then re-authenticate your Dropbox account and then retry the process. After doing so, if you could provide another log file that would be helpful.

    That’s right. Disabled Dropbox and now it works. But after adding Dropbox it gives an error message again. How could this be solved?

    Please could you provide the log file for the last backup attempt after the re-authorization of Dropbox?

    I logged out, but that didn’t fix it. What does reauthorizing for Dropbox mean?

    Hello

    UpdraftPlus accesses your Dropbox account by way of an access token. Sometimes it is necessary to obtain a new access token by re-authorizing the application (UpdraftPlus) to access your Dropbox account.

    You can do this via UpdraftPlus >> Settings >> Follow this link to remove these settings for Dropbox

    You should then add Dropbox again as a remote storage location by clicking Settings >> Dropbox and then Save Changes and following the link.

    This will re-authorize access to your Dropbox account.

    It could be just me, but I get this: UpdraftPlus >> Settings >> Follow this link to remove these settings for Dropbox. not found, where could I find the link?

    Good news: Your site’s communications with Dropbox can be encrypted. If you see any errors to do with encryption, then look in the ‘Expert Settings’ for more help. Same as “expert setting” I cant find
