Updraft Google Drive site documentation is very old

    Hi,

    Apologies for the confusion.

    Setting up Google Drive should be easier now. Just go to the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab > select the remote storage > click “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. Then a pop-up message will appear with the link. Simply follow that until you get the “successfully completed” message.

    Let me know if you are still having issues setting up.

    Can you confirm that you’re deliberately intending to use a custom app? That guide isn’t intended for “normal” users.
