    Hello,

I contact you because I have a message that appears in the errors of my cpanel.
    I have this message:

    BEGIN failed–compilation aborted at /home/cihe7011/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/get-cpanel-quota-usage.pl line 9.

Could we tell me what could this come from?
    Thanks for your help !
    Cordially,

    Hi,

    Does the backup successfully complete?
Can you send us a copy of the backup log so I can check?

    Thanks,
    Bryle

UD will try to check cPanel quota usage – if that succeeds, it uses that information to advise the user if the result indicates that they have insufficient disk space.

    Hi Bryle,

Thank you for your answer !
Yes the backup completes successfully every time.
How do I send you a copy?
    Thanks

    Hi David,

I ask because I didn’t have this error message in my cpanel.
    So you mean it’s normal?
    Thanks.

Yes this is normal. The reason you don’t see in cpanel is because it is generated when Updraft tries to check your cpanel usage. In this particular case it is unable to check. This does not stop the backups from running

    Ok thanks !

    Hello,

I use CRON in CPANEL to replace the WP Cron and I’ve also got this error.

But my provider (O2switch) hasn’t got any quotas.

So, to remove the error, I added in wpconfig.php the following line :
    define(‘UPDRAFTPLUS_SKIP_CPANEL_QUOTA_CHECK’, true);
