I have setup a wordpress website on my windows server 2019 installation via web platform installer. after some fiddling around to get rid of the 500.0 error i wanted to backup the wordpress installation, so i used updraft. When i wanted to setup updraft with ftp i got the following message: Your web server’s PHP installation has these functions disabled: ftp_connect, ftp_login, ftp_nb_fput.
how do i enable these functions? i already searched it on google but they are all saying that i should contact the hosting company or it administrator. but i am the hoster and automatically the administrator. can someone help?

    Hi,

You should be able to enable it in the php.ini file.
