Updraft Plus Restore Question

in the cloud backup backup service drop down dropbox isn’t even offered.

Can you send a screenshot of that please? (Use https://snag.gy if it helps). It sounds very odd (there’s never been a UD release without Dropbox – so it sounds like perhaps UD is not fully installed).

Are you sure you’ve not installed “Updraft” instead of UpdraftPlus?

Thank you for your reply. You were correct about the wrong plugin. I did indeed install Updraft and it looks similar, my bad.
