    Hi

    I took two weeks off from working on my website. Upon returning to it this week, there were several major problems. I then went to the Updraft Plus page on WP design side. I noticed that the last available saved backup is 08 September. My settings were such that I was supposed to get one backup done every Thursday, keeping three on my dropbox account.

    However, my more immediate problem is that when I press on the restore button to restore any of the existing backups, nothing happens. Also, the entire page seem out of whack – nothing like I remembered it.

    Are you able to assist?

    Hi,

    Can you click on the “rescan local/remote storage” link to update your backup list and then attempt a new restore?

    Do you still get an error? If yes, can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you are getting.

    Can you please try to re-authenticate to your GoogleDrive account, Save the settings and re-run the backup process, check if it helps to fix the issue.
