Hello, I have a wordpress upgrade that didn’t go quite right. I’ve made several attempts to get the site working with no luck and have decided to restore from an updraft backup. The problem I’m having is the backup is on remote google drive only (no local backups) but I don’t know what Google drive the backups are sent to. I’ve checked the backup logs and verified that it is backing up to google drive and looked in the database options table to try and find out which google account the files are being sent to but can’t seem to locate it anywhere. Does anyone know how to find out which google account a remote backup is being sent to? I’ve logged into all the google drive accounts I can remember but don’t see the backup files in any of the accounts. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,

You should be able to see the Account name on the Google Drive Settings (UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab > Google Drive section). Do you see any?

Hi, Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it. I took a look at the logs and it does indicate the remote backup is to a google drive account but the username portion of it has been hashed or encrypted and didn’t display the account with Google. In any event, I had to get the site back up and running and so I ended up just doing a full restore from the hosting provider which worked great and solved the issue. Best wishes.
