Updraft restoration fail

    I had problems to restore my website since last few months. It happened that while my restoration processing, the updraft starting to backup at the same time. Final it limited the resources and the restoration failed. Anyone can help?

    We’ve released a series of updates recently. Can you make sure you are using the latest version 1.22.19?

    I had the latest version. I been tried to restore from updraft and upload the file, both failed. My hosting tech they done for me and successed. They told me that it was caused when I download the file from backup and the updraft is creating a backup at the same time.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Backing up a website and downloading a backup will use a lot of resources to your server. Try not doing multiple processes at the same time. You can stop the backup in the “Backup/Restore” tab.
