Updraft Restore Failed – can’t access site now

    So I was trying to transfer the backup I manually downloaded from a live site to a testing site to try and fix some bugs in a plugin.

    ( I couldn’t do the migrate/clone extension since it was taking too long almost 3-5 hours and still not finished)

    But then when I uploaded every file from the back up in the live site to the test site, an error occured while trying to restore the back up:

    Warning: require_once(/home/proper98/public_html/edentesting/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards-premium/lib/class-yith-woocommerce-gift-cards.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/proper98/public_html/edentesting/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards-premium/functions.php on line 6

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/proper98/public_html/edentesting/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards-premium/lib/class-yith-woocommerce-gift-cards.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php72/pear’) in /home/proper98/public_html/edentesting/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards-premium/functions.php on line 6

    I am not sure what this mean and how can I undo it so I can still access the testing site.

    Hi,

    Please try to re-install the YITH Woocommerce Gift Card plugin again. It appears that some files are missing.

    In the source of the backup or in the new site I’ve transferred it to?
    Cause I can’t access my dashboard on the new testing site because of the error

    Hi,

    Just to clarify, you are moving to a new site or URL?
    If so, you will need Migrator add-on to do that or unless you know how to change the old URLs manually.
