UpdraftCentral Cloud IPs or ranges

    Hello,

    In order to allow plugins updates launched from the UpdraftCentral Cloud solution, I need to give my website the list of possible IPs from wich UpdraftCentral Cloud operates.
    (I use DISALLOW_FILE_MODS for any access except those coming from a whitelist, and it blocks plugins update from UpdraftCentral Cloud)

    Can you tell me what are those IPs or ranges ?
    Is there an official page with this information ?

    www.ads-software.com rules only permit questions about the hosted free plugins to be asked in their forums. Please can you ask this at https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/ ?

    Thanks for your answer, I would use the support form but I am not – yet – a paying customer so I don’t have the required “order number”.
    I just sent you a message on Slack, if you could have a look it would be great.

    Hi Fred,

    Just mention on the support form your situation, and it’ll be answered.

    I don’t believe I’ve ever logged in to the Slack account that www.ads-software.com apparently creates for you, so I doubt I’ll see anything sent through that (or be able to reply).
