Using UpDraftPlus version 1.16.46 an error occurs when backing up Uploads

0043.758 (0) ERROR: Could not read the directory: /home/content/p3pnexwpnas05_data01/08/3183308/html/wp-content/uploads
0043.759 (0) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job
0043.761 (0) No backup of uploads: there was nothing found to backup

I synced our Staging site to Production so the content should be the same and we get the same error condition on both sites. Backup of DB, Plugins, and Themes seemed to be OK.

How do I clear this error so that Uploads backs up properly?
    Thank you for any assistance.

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

I got help from GoDaddy Support where they recognized that /p3pnexwpnas05_data01 was not on the server hosting our website. They corrected this and now all groups including Uploads are backing up fine.
