    Hi, are you using the free version or the premium version of UpdraftPlus?

    Hi @Ppapin, thank you very much for the reply.
    I am using the free version of the UpdraftPlus plugin and in 3 websites is the only one that is not automatically updated. It’s an important backup plugin so i need is updated as others plugins. All time seems i need update manually.

    One last check, just to be sure; If you go to the plugin dashboard >> Select plugins, it’s not disabled right? (Seems strange if this were to happen on multiple sites but just to be sure).

    Correct, is not disabled in the page where I can disable plugins update on your plugin. I pressed also reset is all active.

    Hi, i hope you will able to find the issue.
    Please check also if translation is updated as i see i have pending translation update too. I had to monitor if also this is not updated ??

    I’ve reached out to the guys over at UpdraftPlus to see if they know what could be causing this issue. I’ll let you know once they get back to me.

    Are the translations for all stuff not updated or for UpdraftPlus?

    Hi @papin, seems translation has been updated so is just UpdraftPlus. Maybe when a translation is updated this is not included in the notification mail but if is this the case i believe is not an issue as translation do not create big problem.

    Just need resolve UpdraftPlus not auto update. (free version) ??

    Now that you mention it, translations are not part of the notification. Forgot about them tbh.

    I’m just waiting for a response back from UpdraftPlus, hope they can help me with the issue.

    Great news. I see was present WordPress Italian translation but never been update automatically. I update manually. Maybe also translation are not updated automatically.

    Okay so at UpdraftPlus they did nothing that can disable auto-updating, what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna install that plugin myself and check if I’m experiencing the same issue. Problem is that it may take a while for them to push an update so until then there is nothing we can do but wait.

    As for translations, please note that they are updated daily, regardless of the settings for Plugins, Themes and Core so maybe that could be why they weren’t updated yet?

    Hi Papin, thank you. I will wait.
    I am not sure translation are updated daily as i need update manually after some times still see pending translation update.

    Also for UpdraftPlus need to update manually for now as is not updated. Mystery ?? All other things works well!
