Updraftplus keeps doing backups even though it is in Manual

This topic: “Updraftplus keeps doing backups even though it is in Manual,” was closed to me when they couldn’t figure out what to do. I am still getting backups into my client’s dropbox that I have not started. Her dropbox is overfilled constantly and they keep nagging her to buy more space. It’s a small static site and I only need to do backups occasionally and manage the size as needed.

I have a paid Premium Updraft account, but they claim that I don’t have one even though I have a current paid invoice saying I have paid $70. for Premium Updraft.

Be aware if you purchase this Premium service that it really means nothing to Updraft and you won’t get the service you need.
