    My site hasn’t completed a backup since July 4th. They always fail. I am using UpdraftVault for storage. I have tried to disconnect and re-connect, but that doesn’t seem to help.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I am attempting another backup now and it seems to be hung again. Do you want that log file as well?

    Sorry, it looks like the log I uploaded is the currently hung file. Do you want the last successful as well?

    Hi,

    I can see that the backup gets timed out or killed off.
    Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size? To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb save your settings and run a new process.

    Does the backup successfully completes now?
