updraftplus not sending emails

Check this box to have a basic report sent to your site admins address
Everytime I check the box above, a day later I check and its unchecked. I never receive emails when backups are done. Its happened over 10 times now where it automatically unchecks itself

It is a known issue that still hasn’t been resolved (more than 5 weeks have now passed), and bcrodua should know this; see this earlier thread on the same issue:
